The creation and adaptation of buildings for factory accommodation has in recent years included projects in the high-tech electronics industry, the food industry and the printing industry. The Practice has experience in the refurbishment and internal alterations of existing industrial premises in order to maximise the available space, increase productivity and streamline operational procedures. Extensive studies prior to a scheme commencing on site, with considerations to programme and budget, are an important part of the project planning in order to minimise disruption to factory production.

All aspects of factory design are well researched and thoroughly considered in liaison with industry directors and managers alike. Project experience in the catering and retail sectors includes the redesign of interior layouts, refurbishment of shop and restaurant exteriors, including considerations of signage and complete interior fit-outs.
